Terms and Conditions

1. Online Shop Ordering
By placing an order through our online shop, you agree that it constitutes a binding contract with RNG COFFEE LTD and accept our Terms and Conditions.

2. Pricing
The product prices displayed on the product page, or any other page of our website, are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. The GST portion of the price will be shown during checkout. By placing an order you agree to pay GST.

3. Payment
Payment is required up front, via credit card or bank transfer, before we ship the products to you. The payment charge will show up on your credit card, or bank account statements as RNG COFFEE LTD. Online credit cards transactions are processed at no extra charge, through eWay’s Secure Payment Gateway. RNG Coffee Ltd does not collect or receive credit card payment information.

4. Invoicing
Once you place an order an itemised invoice will be provided to you via email. The invoice will show the order identification number, the products you have purchased, GST charges, and delivery charges.

5. Cancellations
We may be able to accommodate order cancellations if the product has not yet been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us on contact@rngcoffee.co.nz as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to restocking fees. If your order is shipped before you contact us, we are unable to cancel your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be dispatched the next business-day after it is placed, via tracked courier and signature required upon delivery. Delivery is between Monday and Friday and typically take 2-3 days after the order is dispatched. Rural delivery may take extra 2-3 business days. Our current delivery rates are listed on the Ordering & Delivery page. Surcharge applies for Rural and Waiheke Island deliveries. If you opt for no signature and request for the parcel to be left in accordance with your instructions provided, RNG Coffee and Toll Parcels will not be liable for any loss or damage.

7. Product Inspection
Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery and before you use it. Make sure to check if the correct products and quantities were delivered, and look for any damages, defects, or missing items.

8. Incorrect Products
If you believe an incorrect item was delivered, please contact us via contact@rngcoffee.co.nz. We will organise a return and a replacement or refund. Claims of incorrect items must be made within ten days of receiving the products.

9. Damaged Products
If the items, or one of the items, in your order, is damaged or defective, please contact us via contact@rngcoffee.co.nz . We will organise a return and a replacement or refund. Claims of damaged items must be made within ten days of receiving the products.

10. Dissatisfaction
Different people taste things differently, and there are a number of variables in roasting, brewing, and storage that can impact the flavour of a coffee. Therefore we do not typically offer replacements and refunds for orders where the customer is dissatisfied with the flavour of a coffee. Nonetheless, we stand by the quality of our coffee beans, and if you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us on contact@rngcoffee.co.nz to discuss.

11. Improper use of Products
RNG COFFEE LTD will hold no responsibility for any product defects that occur post-delivery and that are caused by improper storage or improper handling. RNG COFFEE LTD will hold no liability for any health complications, death, damages to property, financial losses, or any issues that may arise as a result of improper storage, improper handling, and improper consumption of the products.

12. Digital Privacy
We do not collect personal or business information unless when you voluntarily provide it to us when you place an order. We use the personal information you provide to process the order, arrange delivery, and to contact you about your order if we have questions.

13. Website Linking
Our website included links to third party materials and sites which we have no control. These links are provided to you only as a convenience and do not imply endorsement of all the content on those sites.

14. Intellectual Property
All the content of our website, including images and writing, remains the exclusive property of RNG COFFEE LTD and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce any information or images from this site without our express permission.
