Payment Methods Accepted

We accept credit card and bank transfers. Credit card payments are processed at no extra charge via the eWay online secure payment gateway. RNG Coffee Ltd does not collect or receive credit card payment information. Click on the eWay logo below for more details.

Order Confirmation Emails

You should receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please also check your spam/junk folder – it might have gone in there. If you haven’t received a confirmation after you have placed your order please get in touch with us.

Delivery Times

We try our best to ship orders out the next business day after they are placed. Deliveries are between Monday-Friday and typically take 2-3 business days after the order is dispatched. Rural deliveries may take extra 2-3 business days.

Delivery Prices

The prices below are indicative, but we try to be as accurate as possible. Prices may change at any time without notice. Prices include GST, and packing & handling fees:

Rural surcharge: add $5.85 to the above rates / Waiheke Island: $39.65 up to 25 kg.

Shipping is charged separately for the 20 kg bags at the 15-20 kg rate shown above.

The maximum shipping weight for regular green coffee parcels is 25 kg.

Delivery Tracking

We provide a tracking number on all shipments. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and ready for shipment. If you haven’t received a tracking number please get in touch with us.


Our workshop in central Auckland is not accessible to the public so unfortunately pick up is not available.

International Orders

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of New Zealand.


Green coffee beans are packed in resealable plastic bags and shipped in small cartons. The 20-kg option is packed and shipped in a white woven polypropylene bag.

Returns and Refunds

Claims of incorrect, missing, or defective products must be made within ten days of receiving your order. Please get in touch with us to explain the issue, and we will do our best to organise a return, replacement or refund. We do not accept the return of green coffee beans if they have been used, so please inspect it carefully before using them.

We stand by the quality of our coffee beans but please be conscious that different people taste things differently and there are a number of variables in roasting, brewing, and storage that can impact the flavour of a coffee. That said, if you are not satisfied with any of your products, please get in touch with us.
