Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments and bank transfers. Online credit cards transactions are processed at no extra charge, through eWay’s Secure Payment Gateway. RNG Coffee Ltd does not collect or receive credit card payment information. Click on the eWay logo below for more information online credit card payments and eWay.

Packaging
1 to 5 kg packs – green coffee beans are packed in resealable plastic bags and shipped in small boxes.
20 kg bag – green coffee beans are shipped in a woven polypropylene bag lined with a high-density food grade liner, to prevent leakage and protect the coffee beans.
60 kg jute bags – provided in the original jute bags that may be lined with a hermetic plastic protector. The 60 kg bags are not available through our online shop. If you would like to purchase large quantities of green coffee beans, please view our wholesale information page or contact us.

Pick ups
We ship our coffee from a workshop in central Auckland inaccessible to the public, so, unfortunately, pick up is not available.

Delivery Information
We ship to almost anywhere in NZ via secure courier (Toll Parcels) which includes tracking and signature. If signature is not required, please provide instructions and a location for the item to be left at (e.g. leave by the back door). The location must be somewhere that is weatherproof, out of view of the street, safe, and where the item cannot be damaged by pets.

We try our best to ship orders out the next business day after they are placed; however, this is not always possible. Delivery is between Monday and Friday and typically take 2-3 business days after the order is dispatched. Rural delivery may take extra 2-3 business days. On orders paid via bank transfers, your parcel will be shipped once payment is cleared.

Delivery Rates
For regular parcels, the delivery price is calculated based on the total weight of your order. For the 20 kg green coffee bag, shipping is charged separately, per bag.

All deliveries are ex Auckland. The prices above include GST, and packing & handling fees. For bank transfers, your order will be shipped once payment is cleared.

Parcel tracking
We provide a tracking number on all shipments, via email, once your order is shipped. Track your parcel by entering your tracking code here. If you haven’t received a tracking number, please contact us.

International Orders
Sorry folks, we do not ship green coffee beans outside of New Zealand

Returns and Refunds
Claims of incorrect, missing, or defective products must be made within ten days of receiving your order. Please contact us to explain the issue, and we will do our best to organise a return, replacement or refund. We do not accept the return of green coffee beans if they have been used, so please inspect it carefully before using it.

Please remember: we stand by the quality of our coffee beans; however, different people taste things differently, and there are a number of variables in roasting, brewing, and storage that can impact the flavour of a coffee.
